- No make-up classes. Please make sure you can take the lesson at the date and time you select.
- No cancelation or refund for missed classes
- Must have a parent near the child if they want a child to do a lesson online.
- Must be 12 years old or older.
- Subjects off limits to discuss are religion, sex, war, and politics.
- Must book a lesson through Book Like a Boss. We only accept credit card payments through myjseonline.com and Book Like A Boss.
- Must pay with a credit card.
- For a short lesson with Jim you can be up to 5 minutes late. For long lesson with Jim you can be up to 15 minutes late. If it is after these times it automatically cancels the class and you won’t get your money back.
- If the internet connection is poor from my end, then you will be able to re-book.
- If there are connection problems on your end, then Jim will make a determination on a case-by-case basis whether to refund or not to refund or may allow you to re-book the lesson.
- Must have a good working computer, smart phone, tablet with good internet connection and camera (if doing video lesson, audio only is also available), headphones or earbuds are preferred.
- Additional rules may be added at anytime.
- *Money back guarantee is once per person. If you book a second lesson and are still not satisfied then most likely we aren’t a good fit together and no money will be returned. We strive to satisfy all of our customers.
